Changing the coffee on your subscription has never been easier! Our Frequent Brewer Subscriptions give you the freedom to try new coffees as much as you would like. NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes.
To Change The Coffee From 1 Coffee to another:
- From your Account Dashboard, navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab
- Find the subscription that you would like to adjust and click "Change Product"
- Select the whole bean version of the coffee you would like to change to (don't worry you can change the grind after).
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the options to select "Confirm"
- Lastly, select the correct grind from the same drop down menu or leave at whole bean .
Note: Caffeinated coffees can not be changed to Decaf. If you would like to change to a Decaf simply cancel this subscription by selecting 'Cancel Subscription' and start a new one with your preferred decaf.
