We make it easy to make updates to your Peet's subscription. You have the option to skip a shipment, reschedule an order for a future date, or cancel your subscription entirely. NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes.
TO SKIP A SUBSCRIPTION ORDER:
- From your Account Dashboard, navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab
- Click 'Skip Order' next to the subscription you want to adjust
- Your next subscription shipment will be automatically rescheduled
TO RESCHEDULE FOR A FUTURE DATE:
- From your Account Dashboard, navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab
- Click 'Change Date' next to the subscription you want to adjust
- Select the date you want your next shipment to be scheduled for
- Your next subscription shipment will be automatically rescheduled
Note that an active subscription can only be rescheduled within 3 months.
GET YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ORDER SOONER:
If you want your order sooner than expected, you have the option to click the 'Send Now' button and your next order will be scheduled for the earliest possible date. Note: Be sure to check your order history for a processing order before clicking this button to avoid duplicate shipments.
Please know that the date shown is NOT the shipping date but rather the processing date. Orders are typically scheduled to ship 2 business days after the processing date, or on the next roasting after 2 business days.
