To make any modifications to your subscription, log in to your account and go to 'Subscriptions' section of your dashboard. NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has been processed you will not be able to make changes.
TO CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION GRIND:
- Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab of your dashboard
- Find the Subscription you want to adjust
- Select your 'Change Product' (located under your coffee)
- Select your coffee with the preferred grind.
TO CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION QUANTITY:
- Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab of your dashboard
- Find the Subscription you want to adjust
- Select your preferred quantity from the dropdown menu next to 'Sending'. You can also adjust your subscription frequency from here next to the 'Every' label.
- Your subscription will automatically be updated for future shipments

Note: Curated subscription (Small Batch, Signature Blend, Single Origin) frequencies cannot be adjusted. The maximum quantity for Curated Subscriptions are 3 pounds.
