To make any modifications to your subscription, log in to your Peet's account and go to 'Subscriptions' section of your dashboard. NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes.
TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:
- Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab of your Account
- Find the Subscription you want to adjust
- Under 'Shipping', click on 'Edit'
- Enter your new shipping address
Changes to shipping addresses can only be made for subscription orders. If your standard, one-time order has an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately by phone at 1.800.999.2132. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 6am - 6pm PT. NOTE: Once an order has processed we will not be able to make changes.
