There are a number of reasons why your order might not have arrived yet! Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot.
First, make sure you placed your order:
- Look for an Order Confirmation email from Peet's Customer Service, and be sure to check your spam folder.
- You can also log in to your Peet's account and navigate to the 'Order History' tab to check your Order Status..
Next, check if your order shipped:
- We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is on its way. Check your inbox (and spam folder) to see if you've received this.
- Another way to check the status of your order is by clicking the 'View My Order' link in your Order Confirmation email or viewing the 'Order History' tab of your Account.
Your Shipping Confirmation email will have an estimate regarding when you can expect the order to be delivered.
Last, check with the shipping carrier:
If your order has shipped and your shipment is past the estimated delivery date, you may need to check with the shipping carrier. Carriers such as USPS and UPS often experience delays and may be a bit behind. We appreciate your patience and know how hard it can be to have to wait for your Peet's!
