Once you finish placing an order online at peets.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second email confirming when your order has shipped.
Please be sure to double check your order before you submit: verify shipping and billing address, item quantity, and coffee grind setting (you certainly don't want espresso grind in your press pot)!
If you have a Peet's Account, you'll be able to view your order in the 'Order History' section of your account. You will not be able to view past orders if you check out as a Guest. If you don't have an account already, we recommend creating one so you can easily view and track all your Peet's orders.
*NOTE* If you placed an order and realize that there was an error, please reach out right away! Modifications must be made at least 36 hours before an order is scheduled to ship. Once an order has gone into processing, we will be unable to make further adjustments.
