Peet's Cards can be used for purchases in participating Peet's locations and can also be added to your account for easier management and balance protection.
Adding a Peet's Card to the App
The Peet's app is linked to a single digital Peet's Card. If you have a physical Peet's Card, you can transfer its balance to your digital card within the app.
Registering Your Peet's Card
Registering your Peet's Card helps protect your balance if the card is lost or stolen.
To register a card:
- Log in to your account on Peets.com.
- Navigate to the Peet's Cards section.
- Select Register New Peet's Card.
- Enter the card number and PIN.
- Submit the registration.
Finding Your Card PIN
Your card PIN can be found on the back of your Peet's Card beneath the scratch-off security panel.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Peet's Card is lost or stolen, contact Customer Experience as soon as possible.
If your card was registered, Customer Experience can help locate the card and assist with next steps. If the card was not registered, please provide any information you have available, including the card number if known.
