Mobile Order Ahead lets you place and pay for your order through the Peet's app before arriving at the store. Once your order is submitted, you'll receive an estimated pickup time and your order will be prepared for pickup at your selected location.
Placing a Pickup Order
To place a Mobile Order Ahead pickup order:
- Select Start Order in the Peet's app.
- Choose your pickup location.
- Add items to your order.
- Review your cart and apply any eligible rewards.
- Confirm the pickup time.
- Proceed to checkout and select your payment method.
- Place your order.
After your order is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email and have the option to leave a tip for your barista.
Tip: Please wait until your scheduled pickup time before arriving at the store, as your order may not be ready earlier.
Customizing Your Order
Most beverages can be customized during Mobile Order Ahead.
Common customization options include:
- Milk and milk alternatives
- Espresso shot modifications
- Syrups and sauces
- Drink preparation options
- Other available beverage modifiers
To customize a beverage, select the item, choose the options you'd like to change, save your selections, and then add the item to your order.
Scheduling a Pickup for Later
If you'd like to schedule your order for a later pickup time:
- Build your order as normal.
- Open your cart.
- Select the pickup time option.
- Choose Later Today.
- Select your preferred pickup time.
- Complete checkout.
Your order will be prepared based on the pickup time you selected.
