How the System Works
The L'OR BARISTA System uses 19 bars of pressure to extract rich flavor and aroma from coffee, creating a full-bodied espresso and coffee experience.
The machine features dual dispensing spouts, a design inspired by professional coffee equipment that helps deliver café-style brewing performance.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Regular cleaning helps maintain coffee quality and machine performance.
For optimal taste and performance, run the machine twice per week without a capsule installed using the large drink button. This helps clean the brewing system and maintain coffee quality.

Routine Cleaning
- Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
- Rinse the water tank, drip tray, and cup tray with warm water. These parts are not dishwasher safe.
- The used capsule drawer, wastewater drawer, and two-piece coffee dispensing spout can be rinsed under warm water or cleaned in the dishwasher.
Descaling
Descaling is important for maintaining:
- Coffee quality and flavor
- Proper beverage temperature
- Consistent cup volume
- Quiet machine operation
- Long-term machine performance
The L'OR BARISTA System automatically indicates when descaling is required by flashing the small and large drink buttons after brewing.
Descaling typically takes approximately 40 minutes and consists of a descaling cycle followed by a rinsing cycle. The procedure should not be interrupted once started.
