Manage your account information, view your activity, and personalize your Peetnik Rewards experience through the Peet's app.
Password
If you've forgotten your password and are not logged in, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to reset it.
If you're already logged in, you can change your password by navigating to:
Account > Profile Details > Change Password
Updating Your Profile
You can update most personal information directly in the app. However, birthday and email address changes must be completed through Customer Experience.
Transaction & Order History
You can view your account activity and past purchases in the Peet's app.
- Account Activity displays your Rewards transactions and account activity.
- Order History displays past Mobile Order Ahead purchases and receipts.
Favorites
The Peet's app allows you to save favorite orders and locations for faster ordering.
Favorite an Order
- Start a new order.
- View your previous orders in the Reorder section.
- Select the heart icon next to the order you'd like to save.
Favorite a Location
- Start an order.
- Select your preferred location.
- Tap the heart icon to add it to your favorites.
Favorited orders and locations can help streamline future Mobile Order Ahead purchases.
