How do I place a mobile order?

Ordering ahead is quick and convenient when on the go! 

To order ahead for pick up:

1.  Click 'Order' or 'Start Order' at the bottom of the screen 
2.  Select your pick up location by clicking "order" next to the location.
3. Make your item selections and click 'Add to Order'
4. Once all of your items are added, tap the cup icon in the lower right corner.
   
5. Confirm your location once more.
6. Review your order and apply any rewards that you would like to use.  (Be sure to check the pick-up time)
7. Tap Checkout.
8. Ensure that your desired form of payment is selected and click place order

After the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and will have the option to tip your barista.  Be sure to not arrive to the store prior to your pick up time as your order may not be ready.

For delivery orders:

1. To order delivery from the app, follow the steps below:

   1.  Click 'Order' at the bottom of the screen 
   2. Select the location nearest you by clicking the "order" button next to it.
   3. Tap the brown bar near the top that reads "Tap here to select delivery"
      
   4. Enter your address and add any needed delivery instructions.  Click "save".
   5. Make your item selections and click 'Add to Order'
   6. Once all of your items are added, tap the cup icon in the lower right corner.
      
   7. Confirm your delivery address again.
   8. Review your order including the delivery time.
   9. Apply any desired rewards, and select your tip option for the driver.
   10. Add your phone number (this is a required field for delivery) 
   11. Tap Checkout
   12. Ensure that your desired form of payment is selected and click place order

After the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and will have the option to tip your barista.
