Orders are subject to a processing period and will generally ship 2 business days after your order is placed. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Or, if you place an order on Friday, it will ship on the next Tuesday. If your order consists of a coffee that only roasts on a specific day (e.g. a Wednesday-only coffee), the entire order will ship together on that specific day. Orders cannot be roasted and shipped on the same day that they are placed.
*Holidays may cause an additional one (1) to two (2) business day delay in shipping.
*We do not ship orders on weekends and shipping delays are possible due to COVID-19.
If you have a subscription, you can schedule your order up to 8 weeks (56 days) in advance and it will process on the selected date then roast and will typically ship 2 business days later (please see notes on coffees with limited roast dates). We do not offer the ability to select a future ship date on standard, one-time orders. Click here to explore subscription options.
*NOTE* Select coffees have limited roast dates. Roast dates can be found on each coffee's product page under the product image. If you have a limited roast item in your order, the entire order will not ship until the specified date.
