Are your K-cups processed in a factory that produces soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, corn or shelled fish?
Keurig production processes are carried out under strict adherence to FDA regulations as well as a rigorous allergen management program, which is comprised of supplier preventive-controls and operational preventive controls, both designed to minimize the risk of allergen cross-contact and allergen mislabeling. All products are labeled in accordance with FDA regulations (FALPCA - Food Allergen Labeling Consumer Protection Act). While Keurig products do not contain peanuts, tree nuts and/or the allergenic derivatives of those food allergens, Keurig does not make a peanut-free or tree nut-free claim in relation to its facilities.
