We make it easy to make updates to your Peet's subscription. You have the option to skip a shipment, reschedule an order for a future date, or cancel your subscription entirely. NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes.
TO CANCEL AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION:
- Log in to your Peet's Account
- From your Account Dashboard, navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab of your dashboard
- Click the 'Cancel Subscription' link next to the subscription you want to cancel.
Please know that canceling a subscription will not cancel any orders that are already in processing.
Note that once a subscription is canceled, you will lose any benefits (like discounts and free shipping) associated with your subscription. To learn more about subscription benefits, click here.
