In order to provide the best experience possible and ensure that we always have your favorite products in stock, we have streamlined our subscription program to offer only regular subscription intervals.
WHAT FREQUENCIES DO NOW YOU OFFER?
- Standard (or "Frequent Brewer") subscriptions can be scheduled at the following regular intervals: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
- Curated Subscriptions (like our Small Batch Series, Single Origin Series, and Signature Blend Series) ship once a month.
These changes went into effect on January 13, 2021. We no longer offer custom frequencies outside of the options above.
HOW WILL THIS CHANGE IMPACT MY SUBSCRIPTION?
For some customers who created a subscription before January 2020, you may have had a custom subscription frequency built in.
- All subscription frequencies have been rounded to the closest multiple of 7 days. E.g. If your subscription was set to a multiple of 8, 9 or 10 days, it will now be rounded down to every 7 days (1 week). If your subscription was set to a multiple of 11, 12 or 13 days, it will be rounded to every 14 days (2 weeks), and so on.
- If your frequency was at 16 weeks or less, your weekly subscription frequency will not change.
- Any frequency over 16 weeks (112 days) has been changed to 16 weeks (112 days).
- Scheduled future ship dates (or order dates) will not be changed. So, if your next shipment was scheduled for December 11, 2021 then that will continue to be your next ship date unless you change it manually.
*NOTE* For legacy subscriptions with intervals between 8 and 16 weeks, you will be able to keep your subscription frequency only while your subscription is active. If you choose to modify or cancel your subscription in the future, the maximum interval will be 8 weeks.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANT A DIFFERENT FREQUENCY?
While we no longer offer custom frequency options, our subscription program is still risk-free and offers significantly more flexibility (plus better benefits) than placing standard, one-time offers. You have the ability to log into your account at any time to adjust your subscription quantity or frequency, skip a shipment if you're not ready for your order, or reschedule an order up to 3 months out. You can also change your shipping address, add one-time items, and do so much more.
