Prepaid Gift Subscriptions (or Monthly Coffee Tours) are no longer available for purchase as of January 13, 2021.
If you have an existing Gift Subscription (Coffee Tour) set up, your recipient will continue to receive their monthly shipments until the Tour is over. You will get notified each month when the next shipment has processed.
We made the decision to suspend our prepaid gift subscription products while we focus on improving our subscription program overall. You can learn more about our new and improved subscription program here, and we invite you to check back often for lots more exciting improvements and features to come!
*NOTE: Any changes to existing Gift Subscriptions/Tasting Tours must be made by our Customer Experience team.
We have the ability to:
- Cancel your gift subscription
- Adjust a future ship date
- Update the shipping address
- Update the grind for your coffee bean gift subscription or tasting tour
Unfortunately, we cannot swap out a coffee within a Gift Subscription/Tasting Tour.
NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed we will not be able to make changes.
