If you would no longer like to receive curated subscription shipments from Peet's or would simply like to put your subscription on hold, please follow the instructions below. Note that an active subscription can be paused for up to 3 months.
- Log in to your Peets.com Account by clicking the "Sign In" link in the top navigation of the site.
- From your 'Dashboard' click the 'Pause/Cancel Subscription' button.
- Select the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription for or click 'Cancel This Subscription'
- If you are canceling, please select the reason you are canceling (this will help us understand how we can do better in the future)
- Confirm and save your choice by clicking the 'Pause' or 'Cancel This Subscription' button.
If you would prefer to skip just one upcoming shipment, click the 'Just skip my next shipment' link.
NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes.
