It sounds like you may have saved your new payment method to your online account but have not yet updated the subscription. Please follow the below instructions to update your payment method.
- Starting from your 'Dashboard' click the 'Edit' button next to your subscription.
- Scroll down until and click the 'Edit' link next to your payment method.
- Select the new payment method or add a new.
- Lastly click update!
Once you have completed these steps you should be able to remove your old payment method.
