Any changes to Gift Subscriptions/Tasting Tours must be made by our Customer Experience team. We have the ability to:
- Cancel your gift subscription
- Adjust a future ship date
- Update the shipping address
- Update the grind for your coffee bean gift subscription or tasting tour
Unfortunately, we cannot swap out a coffee within a Gift Subscription/Tasting Tour.

NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed we will not be able to make changes.
