We source only the best beans available, roast in small batches, and test samples of every single batch before it leaves our plant. At the same time, we take all feedback very seriously and want to make sure every customer is satisfied with every bag of coffee they receive.
If you purchased your beans from a grocery store or Costco, please return your package of coffee to the store it was originally purchased from. A receipt may be needed, and the store will be happy to exchange the package for you.
If you purchased from Amazon, please return directly to Amazon. Peet's does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of Peet's Coffee purchased from non-authorized resellers on Amazon.com.
If you purchased your beans from one of our Peet's coffeebars, you are welcome to return your package to any Peet’s coffeebar location.
