To add an item to your subscription:
- Step 1: Sign into your account and search our site for the item you would like
- Step 2: Select quantity and grind and click "Add to Subscription"
- Step 3: Select your subscription and you're all set!
To remove an item from your account:
- Step 1: Sign in to your account and click on your Subscription in “My Account”
- Step 2: Select “Manage" and click "edit" next to the item you wish to remove
Still having trouble? Here are some quick tips:
1. You won't be able to remove an item if it is the only item in your subscription. If this is the case, please add the item you wish to add and then remove the item you wish to remove. Subscriptions are fiercely extroverted; they can't stand to be alone.
2. If you select any coffee that roasts on Wednesdays only, you will first need to adjust your frequency to an interval of 7 (ex: 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, etc) and schedule it for a Wednesday. Then you can add to your heart's content!
